Millie's Paws Grooming Studio Dog Grooming Coventry About Us

Millie's Paws Grooming Studio Coventry was set up by myself, Donna Vaughan, in August 2014. I am qualified to level 2 City & Guilds, level 3 OCN & level 3 Stonebridge Associated Colleges. I also hold OCN pet first aid & ABC nationally accredited certificate in small animal first aid. I have more recently completed level 3 Awards in Education & Training to be able to teach & assess dog grooming students. The name Millie's Paws comes from my West Highland Terrier 'Millie'. I originally started a dog walking & pet sitting service under the Millie's Paws name in 2011 before training as a dog groomer. I have also been a qualified cat groomer since 2015.

We opened our doors in 2014 in a small shop in Holbrooks then in October 2017 we expanded our services & moved to Bayton Road Industrial Estate & added a canine swimming pool & dog grooming school to our services. We are always looking for new opportunities to ensure we can bring our clients multiple services. We are commited to learning & our continued personal development to ensure we offer a high standard of services.

Rebecca has been with us since 2016. Rebecca is a mum to 2 little girls & a cavapoo called Teddy & is also Donna's sister. Rebecca works at Millie's Paws part time. Rebecca also has the phone & diary to take bookings if Donna is away.

CERYS

Cerys has been with us since 2017 & helps with the swimming sessions & is our main bather & dryer. Bathing & drying is a very important job within the grooming process. If this is not done correctly then the brushing & cutting of the hair is not effective. Cerys is a level 2 city and guilds dog grooming assistant. Cerys also cleans up most of the doggy accidents!! Cerys has a calm personality which is really important when working with animals. Cerys has a Shih Tzu called Jodie who comes to work & keeps Millie company!
